High Performance Alloys, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of cobalt, stainless steel and nickel-based alloys, announces a milestone achievement in becoming certified to the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems standard.  ISO 9001 is recognized and accepted worldwide as the inclusive international standard that defines quality with the primary focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and providing product and services that consistently meet customer requirements.  We have spent several years developing and implementing the system, which was subjected to a stringent evaluation process leading up to the comprehensive registration audit by National Quality Assurance-USA (NQA-USA), a respected registrar with customers worldwide.  After closure of all non-conformances, High Performance Alloys, Inc. received its ISO 9001:2000 Certificate of Registration on November 25, 2008.  We are also pleased to announce that this certification coincides with another company milestone - our 25th anniversary in business. 

By achieving our ISO 9001:2000 certification, our customers can be assured that our policies, practices and procedures ensure consistent quality in the services and products we provide our customers.  It also demonstrates our commitment to 100% customer satisfaction.
